You have 7 business days from receiving your item to make any returns. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer. If you need to return an item please contact Blingin Strings first so that we may give you a Return ID #. It is advised that you add a 'signed confirmation" with your return. Upon receiving your item Blingin Strings will refund the purchase price of the item. Refund of shipping charges are not included.  Custom orders are not returnable.
